First update, Recovery: twrp-3.0.2-1-armani
Reboot to recovery, flash the firmware (8.1.2.0)
Reboot to system
Start in recovery mode, clear cache/dalvik cache
Flash the ROM :)

-=[ Flashing Guide ]=-
1. Copy ROM/Gapps/Firmware zip file to sd-card (internal)
2. Boot into custom recovery (TWRP recommended)
3. Now from recovery menu select backup
4. Take backup (previous stable)
5. Flash Firmware
6. Reboot recovery
7. Now select wipe
8. Advance wipe & select system, data, dalvik cache, cache
8. Now, swipe to wipe
9. Select install & select custom ROM zip
10. Swipe to flash ROM
11. Wipe cache/dalvik
12. Flash Gapps, wipe cache/dalvik
13. Reboot system :)

## NOTE ##
After flashing any Kernel or ROM let your phone cool down to normal temp. before you start using it. 
Pls don't complain the phone is heating n lagging. Flashing anything have heavy CPU usage, thus result in heating.
